I have had the distinct pleasure of serving with Jeff throughout his exceptional career in the Royal Canadian Navy. I have witnessed Jeff’s compassionate leadership; working for and with his sailors at home and deployed around the world. His leadership and service is rooted in strong family bonds and practiced with deep ethical conviction. My wife and I have had the great fortune to call Jeff and Angel friends over the past 20 years and, as fellow West coasters, share their passion for the waters and natural beauty of Vancouver Island. From his early childhood until today, he sailed in small boats for pleasure, fished, and hunted. He is a passionate, and compassionate family man. He and his wife Angel have successfully raised five children, now all young adults.

He is a decorated veteran with a distinguished career in the Royal Canadian Navy including substantial operational and command tours at sea and ashore. He also has a remarkable history of community service.

 He has chosen to enter politics to work with a team that will return our Canada to the respected, safe, healthy, and financially stable country it once was.
